Restaurant website design for Hawaiʻi

Built to be found by hungry people standing nearby — then to make walking in the obvious next move.

See a build
Search to tableThe whole path, not one piece of it

Almost every decision about where to eat here starts the same way: someone hungry, within a few blocks, holding a phone. They search, they glance, they pick. The whole thing takes under a minute and your website is only one of the four or five surfaces involved.

Getting found is half the job

Your Google Business Profile is what turns up on Maps when that search happens, and it is the piece most restaurants leave to drift. We set it up properly and keep it that way: categories, hours, holiday hours, photos on a schedule, replies to reviews, and the same information everywhere it appears — Google, Yelp and Apple Maps included.

On the site itself, the search work is structural rather than decorative. Real page titles and descriptions, a clean structure a search engine can read, local terms written the way people here actually type them, and SEO fields you control page by page. We set up Google Search Console at launch so you can see what is landing rather than guessing.

Then the site has about four seconds

What you serve, where you are, and how to order or book — visible without a scroll, legible in sunlight, quick on hotel wifi. We keep builds lean and images small, because a site that takes six seconds has already lost the person who opened it.

Ordering, in as few taps as possible

Online ordering and delivery links wired into the site rather than bolted onto the end of it. Every extra screen between hungry and ordered costs you orders, so we keep the path short and the buttons where a thumb already is.

The pages that actually bring in money

Events, private dining, buyouts, catering. On most restaurant sites these sit three clicks down, which is odd given a single buyout can be worth a week of covers. We give them room, and we write them so someone planning a party can picture it.

Yours to keep current

Menus, hours, specials, events and staff are all editable by your team, without code and without calling us. You get a walkthrough at handover and a screen recording to pass on — because in a restaurant, the person who updates the website changes.

Photographed, not stocked

We shoot most of the sites we build — the food, the drinks, the room, the people — and deliver everything sized for the site, the menus, your Google profile and your feed, so you are not cropping one frame four different ways. A restaurant site running stock photography reads as exactly that.

And it should look like your room

If the signage, the menus and the site disagree with each other, people notice without being able to say why. Brand identity is what keeps them agreeing, and we design the room too when a project calls for it.

What it costs

Quoted after a free consult. A one-page site and a full restaurant build with ordering and events are not the same job, so the proposal is written to the scope with a fixed price before anything starts.

Quiet room, or a website nobody has touched since it launched?

Restaurant websites, answered

What actually gets a restaurant found around here?

Two things working together. Your Google Business Profile — hours, photos, reviews, categories, all correct and kept that way — and a site whose structure and page titles make plain what you serve and where you are.

A lot of restaurants have a beautiful site and a neglected listing, and wonder why the room is quiet. If that is you, we will say so on the call and fix the listing first.

Can our team keep the menu current without calling you?

Yes, and that is the point. Menus, hours, specials, events and staff are all yours to edit, through a content layer you can change without touching code.

You get a walkthrough at handover and a short screen recording to pass to whoever picks it up next, because in a restaurant that person changes.

Can you set up online ordering and delivery?

Yes. Ordering and delivery links are wired into the site so people order in as few taps as we can manage, and we handle the setup rather than leaving you to chase it.

Do you build pages for events and catering?

Yes — private dining, buyouts, live music and catering get pages that can hold their own. That is often the highest-value enquiry a restaurant site receives and it usually ends up buried three clicks down.

Do you photograph the food?

Most restaurant sites we build, we also shoot. That is the difference between a site with your food on it and a site with stock food on it. Food and drink, the room, the team — delivered sized for the site, the menus, your Google profile and your feed.

We have more than one restaurant. Does that change things?

It changes the build rather than the price bracket. Groups get a shared structure so a second or third location reuses the work instead of starting over, with each room keeping its own personality.
